This class feeds the soul in such wonderful ways! Through the use of art, dialogue, writing and sharing participants in this class will create a piece art on canvas or paper that expresses their life, self, soul, and experience of their life.

Varied art materials will be available so that there are as few limits in this exploration where color, shape, hue, and symbols speak their own unique language that only you truly understand. This workshop is an opportunity to have an amazing dialogue with your inner and outer self and to blend them together in this expressive conversation.

Through this experience new perspectives can be stepped into and a deeper relationship with yourself unfolds. The potential to free yourself from old beliefs and embrace those wondrous, tender parts of yourself brings new freedoms and self empowerment. Come and join the dialogue! This class runs in four sessions.

Your Mythic Journey Workshop

 A Three Day Weekend Workshop

Have you reached a plateau in your personal growth journey?
If so then this workshop is for you!

In this workshop story and art bring a new perspective to the story you carry within you; the very story that informs your inner reflection and experience of your daily life.

When you take this workshop you will be invited to create your story through art, meditation, guided imagery, and dialogue.

Participants create their stories through the use of varied art materials, photographs, poetry, collage and more. The art piece you create in this workshop then becomes uniquely your own. Through dialogue, writing, guided imagery, meditation and art workshop participants will re-tell, reflect, and newly respond to their internal life script and by doing so draw a larger sense of themselves and their life story.

This workshop is an experiential exploration of one’s inner self and landscape and through the use of art allows for new perspectives to emerge and the beginnings of reinvention.

Art is a means to explore your experienced without using the brain through words, but instead employs your rich imagery that bubbles up from inside of you during the unfolding of this workshop. One need not be an artist, but only a willing participant to be courageous enough to allow for an authentic expression using fun and inspiring materials.

At the end of the workshop each participant will take home their own unique and beautiful wall hanging.

The Chakras: Know, Clear & Heal Your Energy Centers

In this class participants will be given the opportunity to learn about the meaning of each chakra and how to work with the chakras individually for clearing, balancing and healing their energy in body, mind and spirit.

-Experience a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating chakra clearing and balancing meditation in each class

Owl Medicine: A Shamanic Healing Path Offers

Advanced Shamanic Retreat

Come & Join us for an Amazing Shamanic Retreat with Shamanic Practitioner Gwendolyn C. Natusch, B.S.Ed., M.Ed., MSW

This retreat will be held in a natural setting and the location will be chosen based on the group that attends. Together participants will create ceremony, journey in circle and bring energy, song and dance to the fire circle. We will participate in art activities, create art from our journeys, speak of our spiritual growth and create prayer ties to release that which no longer serves us and prayer bundles to call our highest vision of ourselves and our lives into our hearts. We will create community together by creating and sharing meals, and also through creating and holding sacred space together. Together we will call in our Guides, Spirit Animals as Helping Guides, Our Power Animals, Archetypes, Angels and Great Spirit through our intentions in our building a community alter and also circles of healing and Light. We will follow the rhythm of the drum; the heartbeat of Mother Earth. We will send our prayers and LOVE and GRATITUDE to Mother Earth and all of her animals, plants, elementals, all living creatures, and also to the four directions and the elements.

Awakening & Strengthening Your Intuitive Awareness

In this four class series participants will be given the opportunity to develop, strengthen & explore their intuitive abilities. We will bolster and build our intuitive skills and apply them to a multiple of tasks. Each class we will do readings for class members and/or guests of the class who will offer to assist in our learning. This is a very hands on and experiential class.

Through class shares, mini demonstrations, guided meditations and experiential activities you will develop and strengthen your intuitive self!

This is an experience that will shift your perspectives and connect you to your deeper self and to those in spirit who are with you, helping you and offering their love, support, and guidance.

Join us and make this intuitive connection that will move you through opportunities to apply what you are learning in pragmatic and fun ways.

Come, no matter what level you are currently at, your level will be met and individual learning and growth offered for your development.

In Part II of this class we will deepen what has been learned and apply our skills to class, client and personal readings for deeper insight as a soul and our relationship with those who stand as guides, angels, and archetypes from the light and are here to work with you!

Your Mythic Journey

A four class series of creative self-discovery through art meditation, writing and dialogue.

During this workshop you will open the door to your mythic journey ~ the story of your soul and get to know yourself more intimately. This process allows you to question how your perceptions of the past have built the stories you tell yourself today. Revisit your inner stories through inner images and you just might wiggle free from some limiting beliefs or a limited life script that can keep you from expressing and living your full authentic self and the joy that comes from living in this stance! Stress Reduction Meditation

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. Today meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction. Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine which produces a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind.

Benefits of meditation include a sense of calm, peace and balance, gaining a new perspective on stressful situations, building skills to manage your stress, increase of self awareness, focusing on the present and reducing negative emotions. These benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. The really good news about meditation is that these benefits don’t end when your meditation session ends, but can continue on with you through your day. When you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.

Circles & Connections

“Discovery, Understanding & Healing”

These groups are facilitated gatherings for individuals facing similar circumstances to come together in support of each other with the aim of gaining information and tools and to explore and foster understanding in a safe and confidential environment. 

Step-parenting Circle

In this monthly meeting stepmothers are invited to come together to share, seek support from one another, and find helpful resources and information. Group meets on the third Tuesday of the month in the evening.

The Heart of the Matter: Healing Through Divorce

In this group participants will be offered opportunities to explore their experience and embrace comfort, insight, and tools for this experience called divorce. Through the use of activities, games, and even art group members will be offered the opportunity to meet and understand their experiences and take steps forward to move beyond them with some insight gleaned from the experiences in this class. This Healing Through Divorce Circle Connection Group meets weekly over a period of 6 weeks. It is a revolving class so it continues through the year in 6 week blocks.

Full Circle Group: A Safe Harbor for Adult Adoptees

In this monthly meeting adult adoptees are invited to come together to share, seek support from one another, and find helpful resources and information. Information on reunions, pre and post, is offered as a means to determine if reunion is right for you and how to go about this task. Peer support is also part of the aim of this gathering. For adult adoptees there are layers of experiences and emotional waves that meet us at our life course milestones. Adoption can complicate these. The Full Circle Group can be an excellent place for understanding and working through the unique issues and hurtles that being adopted can bring to your experience. Come, join us and get connected with others who have traveled the same road and find the treasures that are offered from connecting with others in this way. This group will gather once a month on the third Tuesday of the month.
