Also\, drum & rattles welcomed as well. I will have some rattles and drums and eye coverings for participants to use as well. \nThe Evening’s Unfolding:  \nWe will begin by smudging as we come into the building. \nIntroductions and settling in. \nJourneying! We will journey the Michael Harner way by sitting in circle\, drumming and calling up our song. In this way we move inward to that still place within us\, settle our thoughts and prepare to journey. If this is your first time journeying you will journey to meet your power animal.
