Natusch\, M.Ed.\, MSW \nFebruary 8th 2019 \n7:00 to 9:00pm \nA monthly meditation and sound relaxation gathering on Friday evenings! \n  \nIn this deeply relaxing chakra meditation participants will begin with gentle breathing and relaxation. The Singing Chakra Crystal Bowls will be played to balance the 7 chakras through toning the sound of each chakra. You will also experience the transformational sounding of the Wind Song Gong. \n  \nThe sounding and toning prepares you for inner energetic healing and transformation through meditation. This guided meditation through the chakras grounds you and brings in Divine Light connecting you to God\, Creator\, Source\, Great Spirit and balances the masculine and feminine within you. Through this experience each participant will energize and open their chakras\, clearing each energy center and releasing that which no longer serves. \n  \nThe guided meditation takes you to your inner sanctuary where you will meet with those in Spirit who love you\, support you and are for you. To some these loving\, spiritual supporters appear as angels\, archetypes\, loving animals or religious avatars.
