DESCRIPTION:Thursday June 25th\, 2026 \n 6:30PM – 9:00PM \nIn this monthly gathering we will share discussions on shamanism and have an experience of journeying to discover your power animal\, connect with your guides\, receive guidance\, healing and revelations! \nThe Shamanic Journey ~ The Gateway to Non-Ordinary Reality \nJourneying is a method for developing a personal connection to the Divine and a direct communication from the Divine to you! Shamanic journeying is the art of using rhythm and intention to enter an altered state of consciousness in order to connect with the spiritual dimension of reality. \nJourneying is similar to meditation. In many ways shamanic journeying is a type of meditation\, but there are pieces to the process that differentiate it from meditation. \nThe Journey Process \n\nWe begin by preparing ourselves and the space for the journey experience.\n\n-smudging to clear our energy and space \n-opening sacred space \n-setting intention for the journey ahead \n\nWe move through a relaxation activity to move into a quieter mind. This allows participants to alter their state of mind and to begin the active journey into the spiritual/non-ordinary realms.\nThen we journey to the beat of the drum; the heartbeat of Mother Earth.\nWhen the journey is complete there is time to write down what was experienced.\nOpportunity to share in the group what was experienced in the journey is offered\n\nThis group is a monthly\, ongoing gathering.
