We will journey the Michael Harner way by sitting in circle\, drumming and calling up our song. In this way we move inward to that still place within us\, settle our thoughts and prepare to journey. If this is your first time journeying you will journey to meet your power animal. Balancing & grounding your energy can assist you in gaining relief from mental and physical challenges as well. \nWe will be focusing on the Solar Plexus in this meeting and focus on elevating this energy center. We will also use the touch toning tuning forks to self balance the Sacral Chakra to culminate the energy work. \nThe Chakra Meditation will be the focus of the class and the method of balancing and grounding.
