I will have some rattles and drums and eye coverings for participants to use as well. \nThe Evening’s Unfolding:  \nWe will begin by smudging as we come into the building. \nIntroductions and settling in. \nJourneying! We will journey the Michael Horner way by sitting in circle\, drumming and calling up our song. In this way we move inward to that still place within us\, settle our thoughts and prepare to journey. If this is your first time journeying you will journey to meet your power animal. This is very helpful for centering\, calming\, balancing our internal self\, body and experience which often is then reflected and seen in our external experiences in the world. Balancing your energy can assist you in gaining relief from mental and physical challenges as well. \nClass Outline \nA Chakra Meditation will open the class. \nThe chakra meditation is deeply relaxing and opens\, clears and balances the chakra energy centers. This mediation also grounds your energy and connects you to the Divine. \nWe will then have time to interact and experience chakra tuning forks. The first set of tuning forks is audible and the vibrations contribute to settling and balancing the chakras.
