Balancing your energy can assist you in gaining relief from mental and physical challenges as well. \nClass Outline \nA Chakra Meditation will open the class. \nThe chakra meditation is deeply relaxing and opens\, clears and balances the chakra energy centers. This mediation also grounds your energy and connects you to the Divine. \nWe will then have time to interact and experience chakra tuning forks. The first set of tuning forks is audible and the vibrations contribute to settling and balancing the chakras.
