The word Mandala means ‘sacred circle’ and is derived from the word ‘mandra’ which means ‘container of essence’. This circle or ‘container of essence’ is said to represent wholeness\, health\, connection\, unity\, harmony and the cycle of life. It is also said to symbolize being one with life\, going with the flow and reflecting inward. \nThere is also rich symbolism to all of the lines\, patterns and markings in a mandala and many psychologists\, including Carl Jung have studied the sacred meaning and healing potential of Mandala’s. \nIt is believed that when you create\, color or look at a Mandala\, especially one that you have created\, that you are silently programming the mind to take on the essence of oneness or completion. \nMeditating upon the Mandala is also believed to help you enter into the rich symbolism of the artwork and decode the messages that you need to take away from the Mandala. \nJung also used Mandala’s as a tool for healing and even instructed individuals to create their own. He discovered that the symbols from the Mandala’s were able to be subconsciously absorbed into the individuals mind\, bringing about healing and self-reflection. \n“It became increasingly plain to me that the Mandala is the center. It is the exponent of all paths. It is the path to the center\, to individuation.”- Jung \nThe very nature of creating a mandala is healing and symbolic. The shapes and colors you create in your mandala art will reflect your inner self. Your instinct and feeling should inspire and guide you through the process of creation. The Shamanic Transformative Medicine Wheel journey is a spiral path that has no beginning and no ending. The Medicine Wheel aligns with the four directions on the Medicine Wheel and is held by the sacred energies of the Upper World (Creator Energy) and the Lower World (Mother Earth). This path and training is an experience of remembering our true nature\, of our growing into our maturity\, our true adulthood and ultimately and resultantly\, of opening and awakening to who we really are and our true destinies. We live behind a veil of forgetting in order to evolve here in this physical and ordinary reality. It enables you to heal the present through the past and can bring great inner peace. \nThe following questions and answers will help you decide if you’d like to experience this profound work with my assistance and support as a certified past life regression therapist. \nWhat is a past-life regression?                                                                                                                                    A past-life regression recalls scenes\, feelings and memories from another lifetime that one has lived as though it were happening now.\nHow can I remember a past life?\nSome people have spontaneous flashbacks during the waking state. This may be triggered by an event\, such as visiting a place where one has lived in a past life. Past life memories may also appear in dreams or during meditation. Some people have very vivid and emotional recall while others may have an intuitive knowing without a lot of emotion and imagery. \nWhat is past life regression therapy?\nPast life regression therapy is a holistic therapy that works with the body\, mind\, emotions and spirit. It is based on the principles of cause and effect (karma) and the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems are based in the past. As a skilled therapist\, I can guide you back to a time before birth in this lifetime to discover the root causes of problems you may be experiencing in the present and heal them. This may include relationship issues\, chronic illnesses\, phobias\, addictions\, sexual dysfunction\, inexplicable attraction or aversion to someone\, recurring nightmares\, fear of death\, etc. Conventional psychotherapy focuses on the present life and may not be able to get to the source of a problem. “Talk” therapy often stays on an intellectual basis and does not allow for the transformation that comes from unlocking deep emotions and experiences stored in one’s cellular memory. It’s also why “talk” therapy often takes so long to produce results. Past life regression therapy can speed up the healing process as one understands and feels on a much deeper level the source of one’s problems. This technique is also valuable and enjoyable for self-discovery if you are feeling problem free!\nWhat are some more benefits of past life regression therapy?\nPast life regression therapy can transform your life! It will help you to develop your full potential\, unlock hidden talents\, and create more compassion and love for yourself and others. It can reveal your life purpose and reason for incarnating\, and help you to overcome the fear of death. After a past life regression session\, many clients report feeling a greater sense of inner peace\, love and self-acceptance when they understand that they have chosen their life circumstances and the lessons that they need to learn. Past life regression therapy supersedes other therapies in its more profound perspective on the meaning of life. It transcends religious dogma and is beneficial regardless of your religion or spiritual beliefs. You do not have to believe in reincarnation to receive healing from this amazing technique.\nWhat is a session like?\nPast life regression sessions individually or in group workshops are about two hours long. I first ask you about your present life. We look for recurring patterns that may create problems in your life and that will prompt your subconscious mind to lead you to the past life source of these issues. Then you create a focus or intention for the experience. This is followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation which enables you to access important subconscious memories from this lifetime or another. The subconscious\, in its infinite wisdom\, will selectively reveal what is appropriate and healing for your current life situation. Some people see glimpses of several past lives; others may delve into one specific past life in more detail; another may discover important repressed memories from the current lifetime. Oftentimes people feel they are “making up” the past life memories. As you become more comfortable with the process\, you will discover that this information is valuable and authentic and contributes to your healing and wellbeing.\nWhat if I uncover a really scary past life and I can’t handle it?\nI create a safe and supportive environment for you. You will only experience traumatic memories if you are ready to let go of them. You’re in charge! Releasing emotional and/or physical trauma stored in the body and mind is very healing. Most people feel relieved\, refreshed\, and more peaceful after discovering hidden past-life memories that may have caused unnecessary anxieties and phobias in the present life.\nWhat if I see and experience my death in a past life? Is it safe to do this?\nThe re-enactment of the death moment is where the real healing happens. Facing a death experience—and the peace that accompanies it—has great therapeutic value. It is enlightening and comforting to feel the release of the soul from the body and experience the peacefulness of the between life state. You no longer need to fear death when you realize that your soul is immortal and that you will live again and be re-united with loved ones. Clients who have experienced a past-life death exude a special radiance and inner peace after a session.\nWhat if I can’t relax and “see” or recall my past lives?\nMost people are able to experience an alpha brain wave state of wakeful relaxation that is necessary to recall past lives. Many clients succeed in the first session; others may need more than one session to fully relax and experience past-life recall. Some relax more deeply than others and have a more vivid and detailed recall. Others may greatly benefit just from the relaxation process at first as they gain trust in themselves and their ability to recall past lives. Your body\, mind\, and spirit will guide you to proceed at your own pace.
