DESCRIPTION:Sunday July 12th\, 2026 \n1:30pm – 4:00pm \n  \nAcross cultures and throughout history\, shamanism has offered human beings a path of healing\, inner exploration\, spiritual connection\, and relationship with the living world. At its heart\, shamanism is not simply something to study intellectually\, but a practice of direct experience\, awareness\, and personal transformation. \n  \nThis ongoing monthly gathering is designed as an introduction to the foundations of shamanism as a personal spiritual practice and is open to both beginners and those wishing to deepen their understanding of foundational shamanic concepts and practices. \n  \nTogether we will explore: \n\nThe foundational philosophy and worldview of shamanism\nDeveloping a personal spiritual practice\nNature connection and relationship with the living world\nGrounding\, energetic awareness\, and spiritual protection\nJourneying and altered states of consciousness\nPower animals\, spirit allies\, and symbolic guidance\nIntuition\, signs\, and synchronicity\nHealing practices and spiritual self-care\nThe role of ceremony\, ritual\, and intention\nPersonal growth\, healing\, and inner transformation\n\n  \nThis monthly gathering is intended to be experiential\, thoughtful\, grounded\, and welcoming. Participants will have opportunities for discussion\, reflection\, questions\, and shared exploration within a respectful and supportive environment.
