At its heart\, shamanism is not simply something to study intellectually\, but a practice of direct experience\, awareness\, and personal transformation. \nThis ongoing monthly gathering is designed as an introduction to the foundations of shamanism as a personal spiritual practice and is open to both beginners and those wishing to deepen their understanding of foundational shamanic concepts and practices. \nTogether we will explore: \n• The foundational philosophy and worldview of shamanism \n• Developing a personal spiritual practice \n• Nature connection and relationship with the living world \n• Grounding\, energetic awareness\, and spiritual protection \n• Journeying and altered states of consciousness \n• Power animals\, spirit allies\, and symbolic guidance \n• Intuition\, signs\, and synchronicity \n• Healing practices and spiritual self-care \n• The role of ceremony\, ritual\, and intention \n• Personal growth\, healing\, and inner transformation \nThis monthly gathering is intended to be experiential\, thoughtful\, grounded\, and welcoming.
